Easter

We had a very relaxing Easter yesterday, the church service was wonderful, and we had an excellent meal of turkey, squash, asparagus, and deviled eggs (and chocolate LOL). I snapped a few pics that I wanted to post:

We had some ducks chillin' in our yard yesterday morning and I had to take a pic of them since animals and Easter just go together:

Hope everyone had a fun, safe, and relaxing day as well (and my thoughts go out to friends in California, who had an earthquake yesterday).

Coloring Eggs

I love this time of year. Flowers blooming, birds chirping, baby animals being born. It just feels like new beginnings. And I also love the time honored tradition of coloring Easter eggs. Here are some pics from tonight, when my neice and her little friend took on the challenge:
